nxtbanking.ai is a digital technology platform owned and operated by Laraware Private Limited ("Company"). The platform provides API-based financial service tools such as AEPS, BBPS, DMT, Payout and utilities.

The Company is NOT a bank, NBFC, Payment Aggregator, or financial institution.

We do not hold customer funds, we do not issue wallets under PPI guidelines, and we do not provide consumer-facing financial services.

2. Technology Provider Only

The Company provides technology integration with:

Banks
Authorized payment system providers
NPCI-based systems

Transactions executed on the platform are processed by respective banks / regulated entities.

The Company is NOT responsible for:

Banking failures
Server outages
API downtime
NPCI network issues
Customer disputes arising from retailer transactions

3. No Guarantee or Warranty

The platform is provided on "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

The Company does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Error-free transactions
Immediate settlements
Uninterrupted API operations

All timelines depend on bank & NPCI infrastructure.

4. Liability Limitation

Laraware Private Limited shall NOT be liable for:

Loss of funds due to user mistakes
Wrong deposits
Third-party wallet loads
QR misuse
Chargebacks arising from AEPS/DMT
Fraudulent transactions done by retailers/distributors
Violation of law by platform users

Maximum liability, if ever applicable, shall not exceed the wallet balance subject to no legal violation.

5. No Financial Advice

The Company does not offer:

Investment guidance
Trading advice
Profit guarantees
Credit or lending facilities

Any financial transaction is purely user-initiated.

6. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India.
